تنظف الفراوله جدا وتقطع ويوضع عليها السكر وتترك لمده 3 ساعات في التلاجه سوف يتكون منها صوص احمر نقطع الموز حلقات ويقدم في كاس ومعه الفراوله والصوص الناتج منها وعلي الوجه بوله من الايس كريم
