الطريقه
تفرد شرائح التوست بالنشابه ثم تقطع الحواف وتدهن بالمايونيز وتحشي بالسوسيس او اي حشو مرغوب فيه ثم تلف علي هيئه اصابع وتغمس في البيض ثم البقسماط وتقلي وتقدم كطبق جانبي
